Running coaching from 5k to full marathon, True Potential members are regulars at all major running festivals. Using training peaks platform to set and monitor programs, to achieve maximum fitness before any event.
Group training sessions are designed to build camaraderie and culture amongst a your team. 45 minute sessions, suiting all levels of fitness, to get your staff out of the office, to help reduce work stresses and promote wellbeing.
Kris Mount is the principal at True Potential Training and Development. As a Health and Fitness Coach, Kris helps individuals and organisations reach their true fitness potential through 1on1 personal training, online coaching and group training sessions.
Kris has been heavily involved in the Health and Fitness industry for the last 10 years, working along side industry leaders both in the Gym and Personal Training environments as well as mentoring new trainers for the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers.
True Potential Training and Development was born from a gap in the market around one key ingredient missing in long term health and fitness results; Balance. As the need to find work life blend becomes more important, and understanding that exercise isn’t everyone’s favourite, but still serves a place in most peoples lives, Kris has combined his passion for exercise and helping people find their balance into an art form to help people achieve successful outcomes.
Through his experience and passion for helping people achieve their health and fitness goals Kris has helped his clients lose weight, complete marathons and triathlons, gain muscle and most of all achieve more balance in their lifestyle.
Kris has had various articles published in Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan and Body & Soul magazines and has a regular column in Pedagogy plus magazine writing on topics such as weight loss, exercise and motivation.
